Just to keep things civil. I've had first hand experience with you today. And you are by no means a bad player, heck you might even be a top player by NA standards. Just be aware that EU is a slightly different playing field with different characters.  ;)
and just for the record ping to NA is actually not that bad and I'm fairly confident any of the good EU terrans can maintain a pretty high ratio as the average NA zerg from my experience is actually worse.

And to get back to topic: I do think hydras should get their 8 range back at some stage in the game. I'm thinking about armor 2/3. Yes they are now much better at bullying noobs and delaying a push by a minute or two. But as soon as any number of vet or just a whole bunch of T1s show up they shed their layers faster than you can micro.

as 70% of the player base still fails to establish 3 low ground gases against unmicroed base spawners I think that's just another thing that would make good terrans even stronger

Well the capacity issue has been discussed plenty of times and I think we all more or less agree it should be at least locked behind armor 1 as that would increase the overall zerg performance. Next thing would be removing the bankling upgrade. But right now infused are pretty much the only way to stop terrans from pushing. Which then creates the other issue.
T1 spam also is unstoppable but I've only encountered that once the past two streams and there are not as many players that can actually pull it off.

he just want his infused build to have 100% winrate. so he and smith can applaud each other what great players they are.

Hi all,
as you can read in the title I would like to propose an ion nerf. It's just way too easy for terrans to turtle in, wall up and ion the zerg to death without giving zerg the sufficient time to deal with it. So I'm proposing to increase the time between ions thus giving zerg a couple of extra minutes to get more eco/ attack ups to break passive terrans.
I would consider either of the following options:
Increase Ion charges from 40 to 50
Decrease Ion damage from 600 to 500

Both options would give zerg more time without disabling the Ion victory entirely against zerg that went full aggro in the early game.

Let me know what you think down below!

lel I feel like I should just post the game I played against speed and najdorf the other day. Maybe some of these zerg op guys can tell me what I did wrong. I think I only made 4 hydras, maybe that was my mistake... 7 hydras surely would have stop the 150 marines at 14mins from doing any dmg to me :D

While I do agree that the new tank is poorly designed, it didn't really take anything away from the game as the old tanks were already pretty niche.
And quite frankly terrans don't need a buff. Terran already has all the tools to runover the zerg or not and just simply ion them to death. What you are complaining about are people that don't know how to play and those people existing is certainly not a flaw in game design. What you are proposing would not make noobs stronger. Cause bad players will stay bad players no matter how many units you give them to not do anything with. The players this would benefit are the ones that know how to play and quite frankly those are already an issue, if you so will, cause if they work together there is a 100% chance of them winning no matter how good the zerg is.
If anything zerg should get the tools to more effectively be able to defend against marines in the midgame. Cause I can tell you from experience having 150 T1 marines ravaging through your base by 14mins is no fun and adding more to that would only make it worse.

for those that haven't seen the siege tank in "action", here is the game I based my initial rant on: Skip to 21 minutes to see it's glory.
In short: I like the other changes made but the tank seems not thought through and poorly implemented. It is simply unusable. I seriously suggest either reverting it or removing it, cause I don't see how it could possibly be viable in it's current form, there is just too much wrong with it. Even the suggested 10x damage increase wouldn't change that, but feel free to fight me on that :)

Why not increase hydra range by 1 at Armor 2?

Rant: Also tanks are literal trash. In order for them to be not completely useless you would need to add a 0 to their dmg and even then they probably are just a way to flex on the zerg. Dealing 2k dmg every 60s... I wasn't around for a while but I can't figure out the thought process behind this. It doesn't one shot anything and by the time you get another shot off the thing already healed back to full anyways. The old tank was fine as it was in my opinion.

My three and a half cents to this:
I really like the hydra changes for once I don't feel bad making them early and actually have some success of dealing with early pushes. Big Like!
The zerg highround change is also quite nice, no need to worry about getting your eco sniped over the cliff anymore. Big Like!
Tank feels utterly useless. To be fair I've only build it once but was immediately repelled by the big upgrade costs, the long upgrade times and the fact that it can't shoot while upgrading. I guess it's a unit to flex on the zerg but nothing more. Dislike!
The rearranged Big Spines now being able to snipe mid nest. Like!

Final verdict: Definitely a big step in the right direction (wherever that is :D )

learn to do 1gas/in base ion. that's your best odd with noob teammates. Most zerg don't know how to deal with that. Even better if you can somehow convince your teammates to throw in an ion or two themselves.

could you add reworking early leaver bonus pls? Make it so zerg doesn't lose supply. Idea would be removing spawners and extractors as it is but keeping the 30 supply. Or as I believe it was oyaoo suggested adding a cheaper supply upgrade to get back the lost supply.
Just yesterday I had the situation again were in a fairly stacked lobby on of the terrans just left because I managed to break his early wall and kill a couple scvs. Basicly meaning the game was over after 2mins... Feel like the zerg should not be punished for outmicroing a greedy terran ;)

Good job on summarizing the community wish list!
