So, just short question beside, maybe anyone can tell me, because i saw the question many times and never been answered. Why are these geysire blockers are not removed? THEY block tons of variety, with them available you dont need extra gas IN your base.. Also they give zerg way to much mapcontrol for free.. ( My opinion ) - or go a step further, open dead terran bases to give room for "outpost", which are literally super vulnerable due to lacking yardbuff, so it only can be used if zerg sleeps or you annoy him much enough he misses out scouting this. And to be fair, routing dead gases should be something you need to be able to if you're playing zerg..? I mean i like going back to old yardbuff, so it really can "hold" a side and many other changes, but i also think giving advantage to players being able to maintain 3-4 outpost should be "honored". Just my sight of facts here, feel free to moan :)

i just came back for one post, then im out again - Thank you very much WMaster for your efforts filling the game with more varity, i will enjoy playing around and find new/different strategies beside t1/t2 push. Thank youuu. :)

It’s honorable to support someone, and this wasn’t any offense against you, you can have 30 animals and trees I really don’t mind. ( at least it could give one gas when killed :D ) Anyway, had never trouble with you, and won’t have in future.

Just accepted my position and being silent watching the game going down and down in pop. :(
( Rank 11 now, 5 before 4.hexnab, love my sidekicks :D ) Bazhan told me before I joined a discussion here „don’t try to run in closed doors, it’s worthless efforts“. Should have listend.
Brought several suggestions/ideas - and maybe someday there will be a good and playable mod for all again.

And maybe I’ll jump over my shadow and join you guys for some games if I’m desperate and gameless! :D

Nice changes even when the main problematic was again ignored.

Well, we all knew the new Patches were mainly influenced by hexnab or even just made for them. ( look wmaster's matchhistory ;) ) - Even for now i still had hope there would be an end of this.
But i'll burry all my hopes to get back a good game, as when the game developer is hard in love with a clan or at least some people which mainly push the ideas into one side there is simply no hope. ( or how we can explain the fact an animal named like a hexnab member is Walking around in the new patch? :) )
So i wish you all much fun in playing competetive and ZergNex, or ZergNaps, or whatever it will be called soon. So, bye.

Can't just agree more. Awesome post, pointed out every detail. Honor to you. And zerg was also able to win against fb ( no I don't need them back ), but maybe some experienced players are scared getting their a** spanked by mid/low tier players?! :D

Nah, just repeating your words. You’re still a **** wannabe in ”my book”, having the luck being surround by quiet decent players carrying your a**. Play 10 random lobbys alone with the average type of terran ( 10/30~ ), get all the focus and win this ( impossible, you know this, beside zerg decides spines are the way to eco ). Then tell me again its the best patch you’ve ever seen. Pretty sure you will just insult people again after second game. And you’re talking here? You wanna teach people they carried their ass for ages in what way ever. b**** please.

Thank you for adding really cool feature, making it way cleaner as terrain. Always impressed by the realy cool stuff.

Anyway I might be annoying but again I'm begging in the name of many’s ( ofc all mid to low tier players concerning to speed’s diary ) - I will now ask for the opinion of the new patch and post screens in here so speed can't deny the fact, even reviews telling this - give terran again a second way to have an impact or at least a kind of chance,  esp. for the perma focused ones.

maybe I'm just ignoring it because I love this patch, but I don't think I'd find many complains if I was going through my replays lol.

Yes, you do. And you won't find ppl complaining when only playing pre lobbys. :)
Anyway, i'm tired of discussion why/what/where. Facts are:

1. Removing bats was good. They were just broken.
2. Removing chem hurts, cause of eco loss, less experienced playerbase ( i wont use your rating high/mid/low, because its NOT my place to rate other players ). You can notice this in filling lobbys less slower, and people are just mad/sad or already quit.
3. Removing chem is forcing terrans into exactly ONE playstyle. If that doesnt work out, caused of teammates that lack experience. You're fu****. This makes the game frustrating/boring after experiencing this several times. ( You wont understand, premate and ultra high elo mega hyper master player, at least if i believe your words here. ). So, offering terrans a 2nd way, however it may look, would be the key to give everyone what he wanted. ( Ion isnt a 2nd way, its the last trump card - Orginal from Oayoo '2020 )
4. You would realize all this if you would stop self-congratulating yourself in every post like how good you microed this, or how great you did that and just read and UNDERSTAND what other players are talking. Maybe ask Oayoo if he could explain to you. He was at least able to teach you ZHx on ultra high elo mega hyper master rating, so.

Now back to topic - what about, removing ION,

Ion is the most clever bunker tool ever made in Zerg hex.
No way to remove it, it is perfect as a last trump card.

Without Ion, there are no bunker at all. Stacking T3 will never win late game against Zerg x) At 40 min Zergs will have Torralisks, Omega, swarm of bruts and mass Hydra.
What you are asking for is to die but a little later, after wasting some time afk inside your base.

You can have elites around 25 min while pressuring Zerg with T1 then T2. No need to wait 40 min.

Btw i'm really happy and proud that you think i'm good but sadly i'm a pretty casual player and Speed learnt so much these past months that he already is way better than me :(

For the chem part, if you need more gas i really think a new upgrade on gas geyser requiring a bugo could be great + dead Terran gases free :)

No need to protect anyone, i played vs you and vs him, and i know what kind i faced :) But anyway thats not the topic.


You're totally right, but ion makes ppl going into bunker because they "can still easy win". But i give you the point as being a last trump card. What i thought about - what about giving ppl resource rewards for a special kill amount? i just choose a random number - 1000!
So you get rewarded for staying outside and holding the focus, and it also helps you closing the gap to stay in time line. All just ideas..

1 is a good mid tier player (this is where I'd rate Bazz, Adam, ink etc)
now thats just insulting...

You think you are a top tier player with your 60 average apm? You super cut your eco to get dmg done fast. 13minute big spine kill is respectable, but you only upgraded 3/6 gasses, your mineral income was 200-ish at 13 min (mine was 300, 6/6 gasses upgraded).

You are mid tier from my perspective. A good mid tier player, but not more than that. Play faster and more balanced between eco and aggression and you will be top tier in my book.

Sorry speed but WHO ARE YOU to rate other ppl? I mean, who the **** do you think you are?! You don't play solo and you are proud on your stats?! I played often with you, and i didnt see one good player in the game. ( no im surely not good, but someone playing like you wont surely judge/rate me. Oayoo can, Spectre can, this guys literally outplay me, but not you. )

Now back to topic - what about, removing ION, bringing back Chem(or something compareable, like trading system or anything helping getting eco ) WITHOUT Firebats. Terrans ONLY could win by pushing ( that's what you want ), but you still have a way to comeback with eco when you got focused ( thats what i would like to see ). And Zerg doesnt need to fear ppl pushed back because they cant kill him without facing him. This way you could like make strategic moves, attack from more sides and outplay zerg. And it hasnt to be the chemical, just something to eco up a bit, and get elites before minute 40. Like good Zergs have Brutes at minute 19-20. Also you could enable zerg atk to 60 so there wont be endless bunkering.

You want the chemical back. You want the AFK game back.

I rather have the game die than going back to this trash (radical I know). I explained it you. the first chemical is 800minerals and 700gas. I'm actually convinced that getting a chemical is actively throwing the game (unless you have old firebat to cheese zerg / out upgrade zerg attack with wall ups xd)

Invest into army, pressure the zerg, macro behind your aggression. (oh boohoo, no more afk)

Besides, the biggest issue for bunker is the fact defender link has been changed (which is by the way something no hexnab ever had an issue with afaik), even with maxed walls they will die like paper. I actually haven't tested this, I only heard of it, but it makes sense, you used to have 72% damage reduction, now you only have 40. You used to take 28% of dmg, now you take 60% (more than double!) even with good wall level and the 1 extra armor (which is also on unupgraded wall, it's 2 armor right away instead of 1, which is kinda turbo broken lol) it makes perfect sense that your wall is paper (if you have that game understanding).

I offered you to play with me, I offered to help you improve your terran. You keep whining about "my" patch.  You can get out of "my" game. I rather teach a bunch of noobs that actually want to learn the game (though those are a bit rare sadly) instead of putting up with some AFK veterans whining. Go play Zombie World Unity or Direct Strike, those are the top played arcade games and they are 99% AFK and they will most likely always be that way, the perfect game for you. I play direct strike myself actually. Fun casual game for when you don't want to really use your fingers nor your brain.

I never said I want chem back, I want balancing. Alternative ways to support and win as rushing t1 all in. I explained now 5x times why. And don’t get me wrong I really don’t have any issues with you but this sentence: “ I rather have the game die than going back to this trash (radical I know)“, is EXACTLY what I’m worried about. Oayoo is saying for him it’s about making a good game. So I slowly got the feeling it’s about making a good Game for you and not the playerbase ( which WAS huge for a mod ). I always wanted a middle way, something we all are fine with.

But now you have shown color and it’s senseless to discuss anymore, because when it’s about making a game for YOU or hexnab, it’s totally egoistic and pathetic and I won’t waste my time to argue with someone who wants a game mod made comfortable for himself and giving a **** about 50-1000 players ( idk how many there are ). I also just hope WMaster will stop this and save the game ( fast if possible as many players left already ).

Again - no offense to anyone, just talking directly out my mind, please don't feel personally offended.

New Ideas / Patrolling battery at start

The idea is make the battery already patrolling in base from gen to marines, to give new players directly an idea how energy transport is working.
